Process

From first conversation to reveal.

Seven steps, in order, with no surprises between them. You see the finished space before we build it, and you approve scope, materials and schedule before anything is cut.

Many qualifying feature walls can be installed in as little as 1 day. Larger interior projects receive a custom schedule at approval. Design and visualization always come first, so you know the reveal date before we start.

  1. Step one

    Discovery

    Tell us about the space.

    It starts with the consultation on this site: the type of property, what you want to create, a rough size, an investment range, a timeline and a few phone photos. We read all of it before we reply, so the first conversation is about your space, not a script.

  2. Step two

    Site / Project Review

    We evaluate dimensions, conditions and goals.

    We measure the wall or the room, check what is behind it, note outlets, vents, ceiling lines and light, and talk through how the space is used. For restaurants and businesses this includes hours, service flow and what can and cannot be closed.

  3. Step three

    Design Direction

    We develop the concept.

    One direction, not a menu. We decide what deserves attention, then set the proportions, the material, the rhythm of the slats or panels, the lighting and how the new work meets the existing architecture at every edge.

  4. Step four

    Visualization

    You see the intended transformation.

    A visualization of your actual room, to scale, with the real materials and the real light. This is where a couple agrees, where an owner stops guessing, and where changes cost a conversation instead of a rebuild.

  5. Step five

    Approval

    Scope, materials and schedule are finalized.

    One document: what is being built, in what, by when, for how much. Fabrication starts when you sign it, and the schedule in it is the one we keep.

  6. Step six

    Build

    Our team executes the work.

    Panels and millwork are fabricated in the shop, then installed on site in short windows: as little as a day for a qualifying feature wall, and for restaurants often overnight or between services so the doors stay open. Floors and furniture are protected, and the site is left clean every day.

  7. Step seven

    Reveal

    The finished space becomes the focal point.

    We walk the finished work with you against the visualization, tune the lighting at the hour the room is used, and hand over care notes for the materials. Then the room does what it was designed to do.

What does a feature wall cost?
Pricing is by consultation. Every project is priced from its own design, so the first step is a short conversation and a visualization of your space, followed by a clear, fixed price at approval.
Will I see the design before you build it?
Yes. Visualization is part of every project. You approve the concept, materials and schedule before construction starts.
How long does it take?
Many qualifying feature walls can be installed in as little as 1 day. Larger interior projects receive a custom schedule at approval. Design and visualization always come first.
Do you work on commercial spaces while they are open?
Yes. Off-site fabrication, short installation windows and overnight work where it makes sense keep restaurants and businesses operating.
